going threw the STORM???

What really happens when you are going threw a storm? Close your eyes and imagine being outside. The rain is pouring! Its raining cats and dogs. You dont have a rain coat, boots, or umbrella. Not only is its raining, but the wind is blowing. Lightening flasing!!! Its dark!!! When you are going threw the storm, you feel alone. You are cold. You feel unprotected. The wind is beating you up. You are soaking wet. The added weight from the rain is weighing you down. The added pressure from the wind is slowing you down. I guess you get the picture. Storms do not bring a little drizzle or a cloud. Storms come out of no where and interrupt your life. The good thing that I found about storms is they really only affect you externally. Internally they can not touch you. So anytime you are going threw a storm you need to make sure internally you are strong!!! Get connected to the Weather Man!!!Go threw your storms with Faith and Peace!(Phillipians 4:7- And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.)No matter what storm you may be facing today know that it can NOT touch your core. computer CRASH

My computer crashed today for the 2nd time! There is a lot of frustration that comes with your computer crashing. How can I fix this quickly is my first thought. Why does this keep happening to me? I have so much to do, and I dont have time for this. Then, Im reminded of all of the computers I have been threw. Computers now a days seem to last maybe a couple of years. They are constantly getting viruses and Lord forbide if you drop the device.... It is just threw with life once you do that. Not only do computers crash, cars crash as well. I have had my fair share of cars. Some just died but at least half of them I crashed or someone else crashed into it. The common denominator behind all these crashes are people. How many things have crashed your life? How many times have people crashed your life? Most important question... How many times have you CRASHED your own life? Im reminded of The Lion King song. "In the Circle of Life... And it moves us all... Through despair and hope... Til we find our place... On the path unwinding.... In the circle... Circle of Life... The simple truth is this... Things CRASH, people CRASH, but our God WILL NEVER CRASH!!! As long as we live, we will have crashes but find it pure joy, because our Father wants you to be mature, complete, and needing nothing. (James 1:2-4) Your crashes are building blocks for your character. Next time something or someone crashes in your life, sing the Lion King anthem with a smile knowing that GOD created this circle, and once we find our place with HIM WE ARE IN GOOD HANDS!!!

confusion to CONFIDENCE

Lately, I been feeling in a rut. I'm wondering... am I doing what I'm supposed to be doing in my life? I am Grateful to God for my job, but I no longer have a passion for my profession. I know God has given me many gifts and talents, but I worry am I being a good steward of them. Am I being a Good Child of God? Am I good wife, mother, daughter, sister, or friend? I am facing some present trials and tribulations... Will God bring me threw this? There are at least three times in my life when I clearly heard the voice of God, but the outcome did not come out like I expected it to be. Did I really hear His Voice? With all the confusion, questions, and pondering, I can feel the Lord holding me, encouraging me, and comforting me. I feel His presence. I know that it is the devil who comes to kill, steal, and destroy and Jesus came that we may have an abundant life. (John 10:10) I KNOW that our steps are ordered (Psalms 37:23- The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.) I am EXACTLY WHERE I AM SUPPOSE TO BE RIGHT NOW!!! The present trials that I am facing... I KNOW will work together for my good! (Romans 8:28) I see glimpses of my future and I KNOW that my future is bright!!! (Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.) I see myself traveling, connecting, and motivating children all across the country. The old tyme Hymm comes to my spirit... " I'm so glad.... Trouble don't last all ways! Im so glad... Trouble don't last all ways!!! I'm so glad... Trouble don't last all ways... Singing Glory... Hallelujah... I'm so glad!!!" When you are confused about your life, circumstances, or situations spend time with God. Read, pray, and meditate on His word! He can turn your confusion into confidence! Thank you (FATHER) for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous! (PSALMS 139:14)
